SAMORY TOURÉ Tote Standard

Samory Touré, emblème de la résistance africaine face à la colonisation, fut le fondateur et souverain de l’empire Wassoulou à la fin du XIXᵉ siècle. Stratège hors pair et visionnaire politique, il organisa une armée moderne pour défendre ses terres contre l’expansion française, imposant son autorité sur une vaste région de l’Afrique de l’Ouest. Reconnu pour son courage, sa ténacité et son sens aigu de la diplomatie, Samory incarne l’esprit indomptable des peuples africains face à l’invasion coloniale. Il fut capturé en 1898, puis déporté au Gabon où il mourut deux ans plus tard. Ce tote rend hommage à son héritage à travers le célèbre morceau du Bembeya Jazz, Regards sur le Passé, chanté en son honneur.

Care instructions
- Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
